Where you cancel depends on where you bought. If you subscribed on the website, open your Profile and use Manage on the Plan row — that opens the billing portal, where you can cancel or update your card. If you subscribed in the iOS app, Apple handles the billing: go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. We cannot cancel an Apple subscription for you. Either way, access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.

Open your Profile — on the website or in the app — and choose Delete Account. This immediately and permanently removes your usage history, favorites, streak, glossary, portfolio, following list, study progress and subscription record from our live systems; an encrypted backup may hold a copy for up to 14 days before it is overwritten, and is never used to restore a deleted account. If you have an active paid subscription, deleting your account cancels it right away (any remaining paid period is forfeited and non-refundable). No waiting period, and no email request needed.
